Human resources jobs open the door to plenty of career opportunities. Whether it's a small or large company, there are plenty of roles that one can pursue.

This means directly being involved in things like actually setting up and controlling a hiring process, in addition to a reward system for employees, and even a system for which you’ll know when it’s time to suggest an employee should move on.  That way, you can keep the system working for the benefit of the company.  But these are high salary human resources jobs as well, and are a great path to pursue if you’re looking for ideal long term success, and can handle the pressure.

2) Employee Advocate Roles

These are more roles where you’re made to fight for and protect the employee within a workforce, and they are still pivotal human resources jobs.  With this type of a career path you strive to make sure that each person has the type of environment where they can work safely, and without fear of anything that could disrupt them or make them uncomfortable.  This way, the work area is conducive to productivity from the entire staff. 

Moreover this type of HR person is also responsible for building understanding throughout the workforce to promote better business competence that helps the whole team succeed.  They are also the people commonly responsible for handling complaints as well, so that employees can have concerns and issues voiced in a safe way in which their jobs cannot be at stake. 

3) Human Resources Change Evaluators

These types of roles are where you’re in human resources jobs that actually assess the effectiveness of HR within the company. That means you’re tasked with both fine tuning, as well as assessing how well the entire HR department is working, in addition to the changes that you can make to ensure that it’s that much more effective at the same time.  By ensuring that you’re able to instigate change, as well as pick out the parts of the machine that may not be quite so well oiled as others, you can get HR working like it should be.
